Chocolate Enrober Machine Equipment
A chocolate enrober machine is a specialized device that evenly coats chocolate onto a variety of food surfaces, including candies, biscuits, nuts, cakes, and fruit.
A chocolate enrober machine typically consists of a coating drum, temperature control system, conveyor belt, and control panel. It utilizes an intelligent control system and efficient cooling tunnel to ensure production efficiency and product quality.

Chocolate Enrober Machine Applications
Chocolate enrobing machines are widely used in various food processing fields.
Confectionery:
Manufacturing chocolate wafers, chocolate bars, filled chocolates, and pralines.
Bakery:
Adding chocolate flavor and presentation to cakes, donuts, cookies, and egg rolls.
Snack Food:
Chocolate enrobing on puffed foods, rice crackers, cereal bars, nuts, and freeze-dried fruit.
Ice Cream:
Making chocolate-coated ice cream bars and balls.

Reasons to Choose Gondor Chocolate Enrobing Equipment
As a professional enrobing machine supplier, we offer a wide range of chocolate enrobing machines for sale, boasting unparalleled product advantages.
Excellent Coating Uniformity: A precision-machined scraper system and a stable waterfall curtain design ensure consistent coating thickness on every product, eliminating dead spots.
High Chocolate Utilization: An optimized recovery system recycles nearly 100% of dripping chocolate back into the holding tank for reuse, significantly reducing material loss.
Excellent Energy Saving and Temperature Control: The holding tank and piping system utilize high-efficiency insulation materials (such as polyurethane foam) and a PID intelligent temperature control system, maintaining a temperature differential of ±0.5°C to ±1°C. This ensures the chocolate is always in optimal working condition, maintaining its gloss and crispness.
Fully Open Construction: All components are easily accessible for cleaning.
Food-Grade Materials: All food-contact parts are constructed of 304 or 316 stainless steel.
No-dead-spot design: Prevents bacterial growth and meets international food safety standards such as HACCP and GMP.
Variable frequency speed regulation: Conveyor belt speed is infinitely adjustable to accommodate varying production cycles and coating thickness requirements.
Human-machine interface: A color touchscreen allows for preset and storage of multiple product recipes for one-touch access.
Interface: Enables seamless integration with front-end and back-end equipment (such as preheating and cooling tunnels) to create a fully automated production line.
Chocolate Enrober Machine Components

How does a chocolate enrober machine work?
The chocolate tempering machine operates by conveying food products through a conveyor belt into the coating area, where they are evenly coated with chocolate, cooled, and formed. The product is then discharged for packaging.
A chocolate enrober is an automated device that uses a waterfall-like shower principle to evenly coat the surfaces of biscuits, nuts, fruit, cakes, and other items with tempered or pre-tempered liquid chocolate.
The center of the product passes through a steady “cascade” of chocolate on a conveyor belt, coating the bottom. A special device then coats the top, removing any excess chocolate, creating a uniform, glossy chocolate shell.
Gondor Chocolate Machine Production Line
Combining a chocolate enrobing machine, a chocolate grinder melange machine, and a flow-type packaging machine creates a highly automated, continuous, raw-to-finished chocolate enrobing production line.
This line completes the entire process from cocoa beans (or chocolate blocks) to final marketable goods.
